Good morning all, the coffee has been on since 0420 and it's already "Hump Day". I see that the NY Rangers dropped another one last night, lets go fellas and turn things around. They play tomorrow evening again, hopefully they can figure out a way to win one for a change. Anyway, enjoy everyone and remember to be safe out there.......?

The Yankees are taking on the Mets tonight in Flushing, NY (Citi Field) starting at 1910 (7:10 PM). It's always a fun series to watch being that Beth is a Mets fan and all. Enjoy all....... ?

(3 years ago)Good morning all, the coffee has been on since 0410 and it's back to work Monday. Beth and I had a relaxing weekend over all: Saturday, I spent the day with the fellas at Aroma and then afterwards, I went to "The Best of Little Italy" in Monroe, NY and bought all sorts of Italian food; yesterday, we did some shopping in Middletown, NY and then came home and relaxed out back with a few cold ones and a couple of top shelf cigars. The Yankees only won one out of three games this weekend and congrats to Martin Truex Jr. for taking the checkered flag in yesterday's NASCAR race. The Yankees split yesterday losing the first game and winning the 2nd. They'll be taking on the Red Sox this weekend at home, let's go fellas, you got this. The NASCAR racers are in Sonoma, CA this weekend with racing tomorrow evening and Sunday afternoon. I hope you all have a great weekend and enjoy....... ?

The Yankees game got postponed until today as a result of the Canadien Wildfires smoke the was very heavy yesterday. Fingers crossed that they get them in today as well. Enjoy everyone...... ?

We had a great weekend overall: Saturday, we went to the 1st Annual Colden Street Festival hosted by the Newburgh Brewing Company with a number of our friends there: https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=596463519179285&set=gm.183676871264988; then yesterday after relaxing out back, we headed over to our dear friend's house (Major Eric and Maggie Reder) for their son's 3rd birthday party. Congrats to Kyle Busch for taking the checkered flag in yesterday's NASCAR race and the Yankees did well taking 2 out of 3 from the Dodgers in LA. I hope you all have a great week and enjoy...... ?

I see that the Yankees lost in the bottom of the 10th inning against the Mariners in Seattle 1 - 0. It was a late game and I'm sure it was good one to watch. We had a great weekend overall: Saturday, we spent it at West Point observing the ceremony and then being part of our sponsored cadet's bar pinning; Sunday, Beth and I hit a couple of breweries and relaxed; yesterday, I went back to West Point for the Memorial Day Wreath Laying ceremony and the came home to relax out back in the gazebo. Unfortunately, the Yankees came up short to the Orioles in the rubber game of the 3 game series. Let's bounce back this weekend fellas against the Padres at home. The NASCAR drivers are in Charlotte this weekend and the Indy 500 goes off on Sunday as well. Tomorrow is the big day at West Point as the Graduation commences at 1000 (10 AM) for the Class of 2023. It's graduation week here at West Point, a number of parades, get togethers and ceremonies are scheduled throughout. Congrats to the Yankees on their win last night with a final score of 4 - 2, now they take on the Reds this weekend in Cincinnati.
