Good morning all, the coffee has been on since 0420 and it's already "Hump Day". I see that the NY Rangers dropped another one last night, lets go fellas and turn things around. They play tomorrow evening again, hopefully they can figure out a way to win one for a change. Anyway, enjoy everyone and remember to be safe out there.......🤓

    Good morning all, the espresso is on and thank goodness that we have a whole house 16KW Generac generator. The neighborhood lost power early this morning and the generator kicked in right away. Hopefully Central Hudson fixes the issue soon, just thinking about our neighbors that are without power. Have a great day everyone and enjoy...... 🤓

    Good morning everyone, the coffee is on and it's a muggy Monday morning here in the Hudson Valley. Beth and I had a relaxing weekend over all. Saturday, I spent the day at the Aroma Cigar Room and then yesterday we put a 5 pound pork loin on the smoker which came out great. Enjoy your week all and remember to be safe out there...... 🇺🇸

    Good morning all, the espresso coffee is on and it's a beautiful Friday morning here in the Hudson Valley. We had a good time at Aroma last night, the usual suspects were out enjoying top shelf cigars and all. The MLB is fast approaching the All Star Break which is next week, time for everyone to regroup and get ready for the second half of the regular season. The NASCAR racers are at the Pocono Raceway in Long Pond, PA this weekend with racing tonight, tomorrow afternoon and Sunday. Have a great weekend everyone and enjoy...... 🤓

    Good everyone, the espresso is on and it's a hot and muggy Saturday morning here in the Hudson Valley. It rained off and on last night and again this morning. All that did was make it worse and raise the humidity level. On the bright side of things, I don't have to water the plants and vegetables, LOL.     Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's the 4th of July morning getting ready for all the festivities. I went out yesterday in search of turkey legs (drum sticks) to put on the smoker to serve along with the hot dogs and burgers and all. Finally after the fourth store, I found them at Market Fresh in Newburgh, NY: https://newburgh.atmarketfresh.com/. I'll definitely be going back there as their meat selection was outstanding. We've got friends and family coming over around 1300 (1 PM), so I'll put them on around 1100 (11 AM) low and slow for around three hours. The Cornwall, NY parade is at 1700 (5 PM), we'll make our way down there a good 30 minutes prior to get a good spot. The day ends with the town of Cornwall shooting off fireworks over Rings Pond which always brings in a huge crowd. Enjoy everyone and remember to be safe out there..... 🇺🇸

I have a few chores to take care of this morning then I'm heading over to the Aroma Cigar Room afterwards to see the fellas and smoke a favorite or two.     Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's "Hump Day" for most of you. The Yankees lost last night 9 - 7 against the Mets, hopefully the tables turn tonight and the Yankees are on top at the end. The new smoker arrived yesterday afternoon and I put it together already.     Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's Friday! We had a good time at Aroma last night, a number of the usual suspects were out enjoying top shelf stogies and all. Unfortunately, the Yankees lost in the bottom of the 9th and didn't sweep the Royals as hoped. They'll be in Boston this weekend taking on the Red Sox and hopefully we take at least 2 out of 3 there as well. The NASCAR racers are in Newton, Iowa this weekend with racing tonight, tomorrow and Sunday:

We had a great weekend: Beth and I did some yard work Saturday morning and then hung out back and enjoyed some adult beverages and a couple of primo stogies; yesterday, we went to a farmer's market in Warwick, NY and then went to a local winery (Clearview Vineyards):
