Guillotine or punch, depending on the cigar.

It is the V cut for me. It has given me the best draw on every stick I have smoked so far.

Guillotine. I want a lot of smoke to hit a majority of my taste buds at once.

Straight cut, mostly. Punch on certain favorites.

For me it depends on the stogie I’m smoking. Parejo 54 ring gage and under, xikar straight cutter. Larger ring gages I use the Siglo pen and punch for a sharp deep cut. Torpedoes I use the straight cutter, to cut as little or as much needed to enjoy a smooth experience

Strait cut for long filler and V cut or punch cut for mixed filler .

Xikar and Vector cutters are the cutters I have been using . They work well.

I've always used a straight cut. Curious about a v-cut though. Someday. In the meantime, I could really use a "new" CAO cutter for my straight cuts.

I should say straight cut, because that's what I do most of the time. However, V-cut seems to even out the burn when I do use it.

    So V-Cut for the win!

I prefer the guillotine cut. However, I think the cut of a cigar is like wine, it's all about preference.

    I prefer a V or a double V cross cut. For torpedoes I prefer a straight cut.
