Smoked: Dunbarton Sobremesa Solita

Dunbarton Sobremesa Solita Short Churchill is made of Nicaraguan and Pennsylvania Broadleaf ligero filler, a Mexican binder and covered in an Ecuador Rosado wrapper. I have enjoyed every Dunbarton I have smoked so my anticipation is I’ll be including this on my favorite list. Only way to know is clip, light and draw.

Cedar, earthy, leather, an array of spice, cream, and coffee hit the palate on the first several puffs. The onlu transition is the addition of a touch of milk chocolate late in the first third. But this stick doesn’t need any additional flavors. It’s balanced and darn near perfect right through the final third. Steve Saka knows how to blend a cigar. This bad boy is complex.

    Dunbarton cigars are fantastic, no matter which one you smoke. This cigar along with the Sin Comprimiso and the pipe tobacco infused cigars are their top shelf smokes but you can't go wrong with either of their smokes.
