Thank you General Cigar for the opportunity to try the Partagas Cortado. I tried the Corona 5 1/2 x 42. Construction was very nice. One light vein, otherwise perfect. Nice Carmel colored wrapper. Slightly oily. Pre-light aroma is cedar with a hint of coffee.
1st third lots of nice cedar goodness with a little coffee mixed in. Nice smooth, and opens to a little nuttiness, and some earthy undertones. The end was nice with the cedar still there along with a slight burnt cocoa with nuts.
A nice mild/medium stick. I would definitely keep a couple in my humi.
