Happy New Year!
Instead of smoking one of the more rare and pricey cigars in my collection to celebrate New Year’s Day, I decided to kick off the new year right by smoking my all-time favorite cigar: a Rocky Patel Sun Grown. However, it wasn’t one of the usual robustos in my rotation. It was a toro that had been aged for over 4 years. It was absolutely delightful. It paired wonderfully with a glass of peppermint schnapps on the rocks.
When Michigan beat Alabama in the Rose Bowl Game, it put the New Year’s Day icing on the cake. GO BIG TEN! And GO ROCKY! Cheers and happy New Year everyone!

(3 months ago)How cool is that?! When I returned to cigars after an almost 25-year hiatus, one was in a sampler I picked-up. I immediately LOVED it. Something about it reminded me of cigars from the 1970's. (I think I've purchased 4 boxes since then. 😂) Enjoy, and cheers, brother!
