First FFOX PerfecXion 8-8-8 Edited

First Opus X, I was going to smoke a FFOX Lost City but purchased the FFOX PerfecXion just in stock today at the shop. V cut- First third- sweet, vanilla, floral(definitely), and bit of cinnamon or generally baking spice. A bit of a flaky ash with an uneven burn that self corrected. Medium full. Nice pepper punch on retro, cedar, vanilla, and floral increases into the Second third- ash is slightly more solid, and really develops into mouthwatering creamy cedar, vanilla, and spice. Still plenty of sweetness throughout with subtle hints of sweet cherry. I had to relight. The pepper is subdued slightly. Final third- the burn is a little uneven again, touched up and purged. Strength has ramped up to FULL. Dry cedar, pepper has ramped back up, sweetness throughout, fading floral, with alternating vanilla and cinnamon. About 1hr 45min. I would say it ran a little hot, but I am a larger ring gauge smoker…. Aside from the company, it was really an enjoyable stick. Definitely 👍 It's an occasion cigar for sure.

    Opus line are great cigars. I just purchased a bunch of different ones. Try the Fuente Fuente. It’s very good.

      I was definitely pleased. I purchased a variety recently as well. Lost City, FFOX, ORO, and a few Sharks. Honestly I can't wait to try them all.

      You won’t be disappointed. Fuente is my favorite overall brand. Other brands may have a cigar or so I like….however….I like many different Fuente Cigars.
