Illusione Maduro

The black cellophane-esque cover gave this an intimidating feel until you hold it. The simple band and the normal-looking cigar was ideal for a midweek smoke.

The flavors bounced around the spicy, earthy feel but were really smooth...really smooth. It is listed at a Med-Full and I agree. The flavors felt deep but they didn't punch you. Good stuff.

I paired it with a healthy dose of Booker's and I think that extra burn helped highlight the cigar's notes.

I would recommend this cigar.
