What more is there to say about the Montecristo White Series? Fired up the Rothschild to pair with morning coffee. It opens very mild and builds to medium-mild bodied.
All of the Connecticut flavors are there – cedar, cashews, butter, cream – almost vanilla wafer creamy with just a touch of spice. The pepper could use some toning down for my taste, but it’s more an observation not a complaint. A few puffs generate slight notes of leather and floral. This is a go-to for a morning coffee smoke.
