Millennium #94

The latest Cigar Aficionado just came out and the Millennium had a rating of 94. It also had a recipe for a Black Manhattan. I decided to make the drink since I love Manhattans and pulled the Millennium out of the humidor. The aroma of the cigar was fabulous. The Millennium is a medium to full bodied smoke. The construction was top notch, perfect draw with an even burn line and holds a nice ash. The taste has a nice amount of pepper with some natural sweetness. The Black Manhattan was a bit sweeter than the traditional. A good scotch or bourbon would pair better but still a nice combo.
