Big meal, Strong smoke!!!

Smoked: LFD La Volcada

Strong notes of charred oak(mesquite like)..Leather, Burnt Brisket.. Dry roasted peanuts underneath. Something slightly sweet arrives in the final 3rd.. can’t put my finger on it but it pulls everything together into a spectacular finish. Highly recommend!

    Very nice! IMO, LFD sticks provide some of the nicest transitions going.
