A wonderful pairing

Had the opportunity to pair the Mark Twain Riverboat with my own home brewed Stout. A dark delicious drink the totally compliments the earthy goodness of this cigar!

      The beer is definitely a stout with a rich flavor, slightly acidic though. I might ferment the next batch a little longer and see if it mellows out any. It really pairs well with the Mark Twain though.
