As you know, stogies are subjective. It’s all about personal taste and how we as people experience those. That’s part of why cigars are so fascinating. Two people can have two completely different experiences from the same thing.

Much like a personal preference on tobacco blends, we all have a personal preference on the size of cigar we like to smoke. That leads us to this week's blog topic. Well, it’s more of a simple question that doesn’t get asked enough…

What’s your favorite cigar size to smoke?

I’ll start it off. My personal favorite cigar size is a 5x50.

Why? ‘Cause, at normally about 5x50, a Robusto will check all my necessary boxes.

They’re packed with flavor.

They don’t burn too hot.

And, the best part, they always smoke in under 45 minutes.

Dassit.

My personal favorite is also the robusto, for a number of reasons. One of the main reasons is the time factor. I must be a slow smoker, though -- a robusto normally lasts me almost 2 hours!
