(22 months ago)My favorite summer brew is a German Kölsch (favorite brewery for this is Fruh). A Kölsch is a golden straw colored beer that is malty and crisp. If brewed in the traditional method there is a touch of salt in the beer which makes it a great thirst quencher. I usually try to smoke a more mellow/milder stick with a Kölsch, something like a Monte Classic, Mac Gold, or Davidoff Tubo.
