The Green Mac!

Cigar Reviewed: Macanudo Inspirado Green

Smoked at: Baltimore

Prelim- dark brown, slightly rustic looking, slight mottling. Too much glue on band \| got on cigar. Crack in wrapper caused by glue as well

.

1st*: an earthy, powdery semi floral, white pepper blast sums up the intro puffs.

Black & white pepper duo lingering on the nose hairs and palate after puffs.

**Note-interesting the retrohales vary between fluffy powdery smooth hits & zesty, spicey lingering pepper blast hits (LOVING in the 1st

I slowed down my exhale rate to get meditative with the smoke and wow, what an introduction to the 2nd third 🤩

.

2nd: I'm noticing citrus (orange) in the aromas as I blow out the smoke (slowly). But man… Leather, milk choc, sea foam

**UNFORTUNATELY, the 2nd half isn't finishing as good as it started. (Possibly due to the structural damage heading towards the band. The leather and woods have taken over. There's a char going but I'm blaming the touchups and damage and something in my nose close to a licorice.*let's see what happens with the bands removal!

.

Last 3rd: still earthy driven leather and woods with a little dark roast coffee added.

NOTE**(there has been a herbal\vegital nuance during the duration of this smoke!). I truly think the damage and glue had an effect on this smoke because right after burning past that area, this thing started reviving itself! The nuance presenting right now is like earth mixed with baking spices and that floral\herbal\vegital baseline was still lurking. The herbal spice is picking up along with the white pepper blast from the beginning. The retro is leaving me at creamy Carmel carried by herbal spice and pepper! Besides that 2nd to final 3rd transition this has been quite the fun flavor finding experience. I'll def be smoking this again possibly in a different vitola for comparison.
