I like the fact that the flavor profiles change in intensity throughout each third. I'm currently on my 2nd one. The final third of the first one was most enjoyable. A very pleasant spice with a favorable pepper taste which peaks in the final 3rd. I've paired these with a Panamanian rum. A complementary spice-on-spice coupling. It has turned out to be an experience well worth repeating.
