Bought a sampler Deadwood pack and thought I’d try this rugged beauty after smoking a Diesel Uncut since the missus had me grilling everything under the sun after church. I guess I didn’t do my homework, because this Leather Rose surprised me — pleasantly! Didn’t realize this was a sweet smoke, but it tasted great, reminding me of enjoying Thompson Friscos with dad on weekends. A rare follow up after smoking the Diesel, wich complimented it very well with its spiciness. Enjoyed with a sweet homemade coffee, brewed with a mocha pot.
