After a long day not much beats having a seat on the front porch with a cool breeze, iced drink, and nice long delicious cigar. The H99 delivered on that very thing. A nice firm cigar that has a nice easy draw, producing lots of smoke and flavor with a nice light colored ash. The cold draw had a nice sweetness to it with a flavor that that makes you almost not be able to light the cigar fast enough. When lighting, right off the bat you get with a great espresso flavor with some small bits of the leather. As I progressed through the cigar I would the leather flavor seemed to become a little more defined in the second and third portions of the cigar. I found some slight hints of the black pepper that some have mentioned but not much. I also didn’t pick up on much of the cedar flavor in any of it. The cigar produced a delicious creaminess, especially in the second-third of it. All and all I loved this cigar. It is a great choice for a relaxing evening. And of course it is San Andrés binder……and I do love San Andrés tobacco.
