Cigar Reviewed: Padron 1964 Anniversary Series Maduro

Smoked at: Twin Cities, MN

The cigar looks fantastic. It had a somewhat veiny Wrapper that is a bit toothy. It is very attractive with the deep brown and rich looking.

Using my v-cutter, it cut very easy. The cold draw on a v-cut. It was a loose easy, easy, draw for a box press cigar. The cold draw provided cocoa powder notes with some pepper.

Once lit, there was a smoothness to the smoke that hides the strength. The result is this is strong cigar but it smokes without harshness.
