Oliva Black Swan Toro

Cigar Reviewed: Oliva Black Swan

Smoked at: Fayetteville, North Carolina, USA

The cigar was good looking with good construction. Matte brown and smooth with no visible oil. It had a very good tobacco smell with a little barnyard whiff. I made a v-cut and didn’t do a pre-lit dry draw. The first third had good tobacco flavor with slight citrus. It stayed that way throughout the rest of the cigar. It started medium strength and gradually increased somewhat in the final third. Good smoke production but not creamy. One note of caution, the cigar went out about half way and was hard to re-light. I think it was my fault but not sure if it had a knot. Anyway, an overall good smoke that I would smoke again but not necessarily seek out. Burn time was about an hour and 20 minutes.
