Smoked: Caldwell Midnight Express

Caught this in a sampler. I’ve seen them around but never tried one. Tasty smoke👍. Rich and creamy, leather and cedar/ oak. Medium +, final 3rd is full tilt. I’m really liking this Caldwell sampler, that I’m working my way through.
