Cigar Reviewed: La Gloria Cubana Serie S
Smoked at: Arlington, WA
At first light, I noticed the spice. After a few retrohales I got the leather notes. This is a solid stick, I'll definitely seek this one out again. I was pleasantly surprised, because I'm a mild to medium guy, and this one is a medium-full.
I found the flavor to be consistent all the way through, but as a relative new comer to full bodied cigars, maybe I missed some of the subtleties.
The cigar stayed lit throughout the entire hour + smoke time. I used a guillotine cut, and a blue flame lighter ( I was outside, and there was a bit of a breeze). It has a great feel, very well made in my opinion. The wrapper, band combination is a great look, too.
