La Aurora Connecticut 1987 Toro

Cigar Reviewed: La Aurora Connecticut 1987 Toro

Simple yet refined. Rich and semi-sweet tobacco notes upon first light, melding into a deep richness of leather and very subtle spice, halfway through loses the sweetness and picks up an earthier flavor profile while maintaining those deep tobacco notes. Towards the end of the stick it stays strong and has an almost grassy finish while picking up on the spicy elements! Excellent construction, smooth draw the whole way through and very crisp and wispy smoke! And excellent night cap with a smooth finishing whiskey or even a nice morning smoke combined with coffee, mellow enough to do both and stout enough to catch a buzz towards the end of the stick. Really enjoyed this one!
