It was good. A little bitter though

The construction was good. Flavor was excellent for some reason after about 5 min I had to relight. I was outside in the hot heat so that may have affected it.

A little bitter but I was drinking water and iced coffee (black no cream).

If I’m inside with a whiskey or reposado I would try again.
