Cigar Reviewed: my own blend
That's right I grew my own tobacco this year, dried and cured it all on my own and have rolled some of it into some fine sticks. My favorite so far has been my "Hadron" in corona 5 inches by a 44 ring gauge. The wrapper consists of Adonis, the binder a brasilin variety, and a 50/50 blend of Adonis and Floridian Sumatra, It was a very consistent stick with the only transition being from the foot (being fairly spicy but flavorful) to the rest of the stick simply developing a licorice anise taste but very smooth and very flavorful. this is a great hobby and though its just for personal use and for fun it gives you a new respect for others that have worked in the fields of tobacco as a trade.
