Smoked: Plasencia 151

Happy National Rum Day. I am celebrating with a Plasencia 151 and Santa Theresa rum. The 151 starts with a little pepper then quickly moves to caramel and a bit more pepper and ending with sweet coffee and pepper. The construction is fantastic, nice draw, even burn line that holds a very nice grey ash. It pairs perfectly with the Santa Theresa, the slight sweetness of the rum goes very nicely with the cigar. Celebrate.
