Happy National Mojito Day. I am celebrating with a Hemingway that starts off with slight sweetness and spice then moves to a slight caramel and pepper then the pepper picks up. The construction is great as far as draw, hold of ash and burn line. It pairs well with the mojito. Tonight I will celebrate World Rum Day.
