Happy National Cognac Day. The Escurio is a medium bodied smoke that starts with a cocoa and spice that moves to a caramel sweetness with a bit of pepper. The pepper picks up as you finish. The construction is impeccable, even burn, perfect draw and a nice grey ash. It pairs perfectly with a good cognac.
