Cigar Reviewed: Rocky Patel Java Mint by Drew Estate

Smoked at: Pasadena Tobacco & Cigars - 4441 Spencer Hwy Ste #100, Pasadena, TX 77504

First, this cigar smells amazing. It has a great chocolate/mocha smell with a hint of mint. The dry pull tastes so good it almost makes you not want to light it. Paired with a cup of coffee.

First third, you can really taste the mint, chocolate, and coffee. It smelled so good when my wife walked outside she asked me for a pull off of it. Has a nice, white ash that is very strong. Doesn't fall off randomly.

Second third, the mint starts to fade a little, and the chocolate/coffee starts to really amp up. Burns evenly, and by now I haven't had to touch it up until the end of this third.

Final third, the chocolate starts to fade while still maintaining the mint flavor with nice leathery notes. Haven't had to touch it up this third. Goes great with a dark roast coffee, or a mint julep/mojito. Overall a great stogie.
