Cigar Reviewed: Romeo y Julieta Perlado

Great cigar. I’m a fan of Romeo y Julieta. This cigar tickles the palate with some sweetness and cedar taste. The construction is firm with a tight rolled wrapper. Filler looks full at the foot. The appearance and exterior is a smooth veiny wrapper. The foot toasted evenly and it burned evenly throughout the cigar. It had an easy smooth draw with a tightly stacked ash. The ash color was light gray with light gray smoke. As mentioned earlier the taste was cedar with some sweetness. My overall rating of this fine cigar was a 94%. I took 2 points off from the light gray smoke, 2 points off from the residual flavor and 2 points off for the aroma. The cold draw had good aroma but was lost with some of the burn.
