I was excited to learn that Ernesto Perez Carrillo was rewarded with another Cigar of the year recognition for the La Historia Pledge. I have been privileged to meet Carillo a few times and have told him we share a very similar palette. I have enjoyed almost every cigar I have smoked that he has blended. The Pledge is no exception. It is a delicious, smooth cigar that you will smoke to the very nub. I will enjoy the box I have now and will eagerly wait for the 4th edition of this series whenever it may appear in the future.
