Cigar Reviewed: Macanudo Inspirado Red

This cigar is beautifully made, with a nice medium dark wrapper. It smells of cut hay and tobacco, and the draw is perfect. It taste a little sweet and sour prelit. I used an end cut, and used a torch to light this beauty. This cigar smokes a lot, no problem though, I installed a vent in my man cave to handle cigars like this. The first lit draw tasted charred, and left a spicy taste on my lips. Unfortunately this theme repeated over and over. I changed the pace to see if by speeding it up the flavor would emerge. Nope, it was a spicy, full bodied boring cigar, that just never overcame the charred overtones. I am new to the world of hand rolled cigars. I taste what I taste, not what is supposed to be there.
