Cigar Reviewed: Ave Maria
Smoked at: Home
With it being New Year’s Eve, I wanted to start the day with a cigar that actually brings back memories from when I first got into smoking. For me, that was Oliva and Ave Maria.
Ave Maria isn’t a bad cigar at all definitely not top-tier in my book, but solid. What originally drew me to it back in the day was honestly the logo and design. That branding caught my attention when I was first, first getting into cigars. Between the two, though, Oliva was always my top pick, and it still holds a place for me.
For New Year’s Eve, this was my early-morning smoke something familiar, easy, and nostalgic. Later tonight at the lounge launch party, I’ve got about three cigars lined up, though who knows… if something else gets handed to me for opening the New Year, I’m not turning that down. That’s part of the fun.
Either way, I’m pretty pumped for the night good people, good atmosphere, and good cigars.
And tonight’s lineup is a different story I’m bringing the heavy hitters and letting the night decide.
