First off I was expecting this to be a mediocre smoke, but wow it was great! This had been in my humidor for a couple months which probably made it better. This was not a strong cigar but the flavors were amazing! Draw was medium with more dense packing compared to the other 3 cigars I had tried from 5 Vegas. Prelight scent and flavor were sweet earthy. 1/3 was medium nutty notes with an aftertaste of sweet bourbon which was amazing. I had never tasted that in a cigar. 2/3 became more earthy and still had the bourbon aftertaste just more subtle. 3/3 became even more earthy with white pepper spice while remaining very smooth. The bourbon flavor had dissipated at this point. Burn was good with a couple touch ups. Nice long white ash. I enjoyed this with a black coffee from Jack’s. Overall the flavors in this cheapie blew me away! Better than the 5 Vegas classic and honestly on par with many $10-15 sticks. If you do buy one, be sure to let it sit for 1-2 months. I’m thinking this made it smoother and better! ??
