Note that Phoenix, Arizona, has fairly standard smoking laws compared to other American cities. So, while you can’t smoke a cigar in most public places, there is an exception for cigar retailers and lounges.

One disclaimer: it’s closer to Mesa than downtown Phoenix, so keep that in mind if you’re planning to stay in the area.

On the other hand, one reason we love Castro’s Cigar Lounge is because it’s located right in the heart of downtown Phoenix. But of course, that’s just the beginning. With a tempting menu of craft cocktails and excellent premium cigars, Castro’s is an ideal spot for taking in a game, relaxing after a long day, or hanging out with friends.

Fox Cigar Bar

Open seven days a week with multiple locations across the larger Phoenix metro area, Fox Cigar Bar is a tremendous place to unwind with your favorite cigar and a tasty beverage. In particular, we love Fox’s for its casual sports bar vibe and their many — many — televisions to ensure you can always have a great spot to view whatever game’s on.

Hecho a Mano

Hecho a Mano boasts a tantalizing selection of wines, beers, and cocktails, in addition to a seriously epic cigar list. We particularly appreciate their Cigar of the Month spotlight and their event calendar, which provides plenty of good reasons to stop by.

Since 1995, Churchill’s has been one of the best places to get and smoke cigars around Phoenix.
