La Gloria Cubana has decided to turn to its fans for help with its latest release, the La Gloria Cubana Society Cigar. La Gloria Cubana solicited feedback from more than 2,000 fans across the country to develop a cigar specifically for the La Gloria Cubana Society. Fan suggestions contributed to the packaging, band design, cigar blend, and size of this limited-edition cigar. La Gloria Cubana connected with fans through a website and offline via activations across the US.

La Gloria Cubana Society Cigar Blend Information

The Society Cigar is a medium-to-full-bodied Honduran puro. For the past year, La Gloria Cubana collected ratings and reviews from fans to determine the Society Cigar's composition. The result is a cigar that only contains Honduran tobacco. Specifically, the Society Cigar possesses an Olancho San Agustín wrapper, a Jamastran binder, and a mix of Jamastran and La Entrada filler tobaccos.

“It’s been a pleasure to harness the Society’s passion for La Gloria, and it’s an honor to provide them with a cigar that reflects what the brand represents to them,” said Steve Abbot, Marketing Director of General Cigar. “We look forward to collaborating with this great group of tenured smokers on future releases.”

Society Cigar tasting notes include hints of earth, nuts, and coffee. It was handcrafted at the El Credito Cigar Factory in the Dominican Republic.
