CAO is introducing a first-of-its-kind smoking experience with the release of CAO Stokk, the latest addition to the brand’s Arcana Series. Developed in collaboration with Danish pipe tobacco house Peter Stokkebye, Stokk is a 6 x 50 Belicoso that changes blend profiles halfway through the cigar.

CAO Stokk Blend Breakdown

Stokk opens with Andullo-aged tobacco from the Dominican Republic, a leaf known for its dense, earthy character and long fermentation process. At the midpoint, the blend transitions, bringing fire-cured Latakia tobacco from Cyprus to the forefront, a bold, smoky leaf more commonly found in fine pipe tobacco. The full blend is rounded out with a US Broadleaf wrapper, a Nicaraguan binder, and additional fillers from Honduras.

WRAPPER: US Broadleaf

BINDER: Nicaragua

FILLER: Dominican Andullo, Cyprian Latakia, Honduras

To honor the Danish roots of the Stokkebye partnership, CAO Stokk is packaged in a Nordic-inspired box. The minimalist wood-grain finish and rune-style lettering reflect the Scandinavian design influence and speak to the spirit of craft behind the collaboration.

“CAO is all about pushing the boundaries in tobacco exploration, said Cory Beardsley, brand manager for CAO. Working with Peter Stokkebye tobacco gave us the chance to blend a cigar that's truly unique, not for the sake of novelty, but to show the unlimited possibilities when two traditions collide.”
