5 Vegas “Triple A” — Box-Pressed Surprise
Pulled this one from a Thompson sampler — the 5 Vegas Triple A. I haven’t smoked many box-pressed cigars, but this one’s definitely growing on me. Creamy smoke, excellent construction, and a sharp, clean ash line. Full flavor for sure, with a nice oak-forward profile.
This was a “PG” pairing — no alcohol, just a Diet Mountain Dew. Go ahead, fire away. But honestly, it held its own and made for a solid combo.
Another great stick from AJ Fernandez. I’d call this one a sleeper — definitely worth a try if you like full-flavored cigars that don’t shout too loud.
