There are two types of cigars with cherry tasting notes. The first are more traditional cigars that contain a hint of cherry along with a nuanced and subtle flavor profile. Premium cigars with cherry notes often possess other notes like chocolate, spice, or cream that interplay with minor notes of bright cherry. New cigar smokers may not pick up on subtle cherry notes within bolder blends. Note, cherry most often appears in darker cigars as a complement to heavier tasting notes.
The second type of cigar with cherry tasting notes is the infused cigar. Some infused cigars — like the CAO Cherrybomb — highlight cherry tasting notes in a more pronounced way.
