So there I was pursuing the humidor in my local lounge looking for something to tickle my fancy. Having tried room 101 cigars before I was drawn to that section. It was here that I saw it. I am a fan of large ring gauges (70s or bigger!). There it was, staring back at me. A nice room 101 70 x 7. I picked it up, held it my hand and said this is the one. I paid, and ventured to my seat and began my journey. Unwrapping and lighting I new I had my the right choice. The first few draws were strong but very smooth. It was not overpowering and plenty of smoke. I am not sophisticated enough to tell all the flavour notes but was was surprised how smooth this was. It was a big earthy but not over bearing. I paired it with a jack and coke as we begin the evening together. Construction was solid until the final third as I did observe some peeling. Flavor profile remained pretty consistent to the final third as it picked up a bit more peppery notes. Overall I wish I grabbed a few more for the house!
