Opening Day

Smoked: Perdomo Lot 23

It’s opening day at Fonner Park today and my tradition is to have a Lot 23 on opening day. The Lot 23 is a medium bodied smoke that starts with a bit of spicy pepper and a bit of natural sweetness. It mellows a bit then picks up the spice in the final third. The construction is very good, good draw, even burn and it holds a nice grey ash. It pairs nicely with a strong cup of coy.
