Smoked: Aging Room Solera

Gorgeous day today but I’m sorry, it’s is early to be putting the lights up. I enjoyed a Solera while watching neighbors put their lights up. The Solera is a medium bodied smoke with great construction. It had an even burn line that held a nice ash. It had a bit of a spice taste with a bit of natural sweetness in the latter part of the smoke It went very well with a good red wine
