Smoked: Micallef Black

I’m not really sure where, nor when, I got a fiver of these cigars. So this is my fourth one over the past three weeks and I can tell you this, it is definitely an after dinner cigar. Reviews on the Internet are all over the map. I can tell you this, the final 3rd is where this stick blossoms. First 2/3rd’s remind me of a lot of Nick puro.. leather, spice, Cabernet, slight nuttiness, …. Every cigar had a nice cool burn and a very even burn line, construction is excellent. Hell, I don’t even know the price point of the cigars. I’m not a big fan of waiting till the final third for a cigar to come to life, however, this one really does. Creaminess, Depth, and a caramel latte type sweetness creep in and brings the cigar home. I guess it’s just a matter of how long you’re willing to wait for that to happen!
