El Mago Cigars Miami Art Deco
The El Mago Miami Art Deco Edition cigar was created as a tribute to the grandparents of Nicholas Fusco, the company’s C.E.O. Fusco crafted the cigars in honor of his grandparents especially his grandfather who was fond of smoking cigars. The cigars are medium-bodied and feature an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper. They have a Cubanesque flavor profile. The cigars are expertly handmade in Nicaragua. El Mago is Spanish for “The Wizard.” It also represents the first two letters of Nicholas’ grandparents’ names: Maria and Gonzalo Torre. His grandparents were entrepreneurs who faced many challenges in their lives, which they were able to overcome. They owned the James Hotel, an Art Deco hotel, located in Miami Beach, Florida. The hotel is featured on the brand’s logo. Maria and Gonzalo tragically died when their condominium collapsed in 2021.
