In honor of General Cigar’s return to PCA, the cigar powerhouse has partnered with Chicago-based putter manufacturing icon Bettinardi Golf on a trio of limited edition branded putters.

And when we say limited edition, we mean limited. As in these three are all 1-of-1, collector-level putters made in collaboration with Bettinardi and GCC brands Cohiba, Macanudo and CAO.

Let’s take a look at the collection.

SS16 Cohiba

The Studio Stock 16 is a mid-mallet shape that provides the full forgiveness and MOI of a mallet while also having a compact and more traditional appearance. The high-polished finish on the face and sole of the putter give this putter a high-end appearance, befitting both the Cohiba and Bettinardi Golf brands. The face of the putter is a diamond engraving base that will give the putter a soft responsive feel, allowing for users to be aggressive and go for glory with each putt.

BB1F Macanudo

The BB1 Flow is an iconic shape for Bettinardi Golf, the perfect match for a brand as iconic as Macanudo. This putter is the exact model Matthew Fitzpatrick used to capture the US Open Championship in 2022. The elegant “tour blast” finish is the most popular finish amongst all Bettinardi’s professional staffers and is known industry wide as one of the longest lasting finishes on the market. The flow neck will give the user comfort in opening the club through the takeaway and all the way to contact and beyond. The micro honeycomb face, the fastest and firmest in production, is exclusive to Bettinardi. This beautiful putter is ideal for a player seeking to putt with smooth tempo and excellent feel.

QB6 Flathead CAO

The QB6 is the most popular head shape in the Bettinardi golf catalog, the perfect mix of traditional beauty and modern technology. The body is a touch wider than a blade but does not come near the size of a mallet. The finish on this putter is what is described as a “spot torch” which is done by hand at the Bettinardi facility in Chicago and requires time, patience and an artistic approach, attributes shared by the CAO brand. The beautifully-welded plumbers’ neck will provide an excellent visual for a player at address with the offset framing the golf ball perfectly from above, and the engraved FIT face is Bettinardi’s softest and most forgiving, allowing players to putt with confidence that the ball will travel down their intended aim points.

Want to put one of these unparalleled putters in your bag? Good news: they’re available this weekend, with all proceeds benefiting charity. The SS16 Cohiba is listed at $6,000 while the BB1F Macanudo and QB6 Flathead CAO are priced at $5,000 each. The sale of these putters will support Manos Minitas, a program that provides books, backpacks and school supplies to the children of GCC’s factory workers in Honduras, Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic.
