The chosen one
Welp, I was one of the lucky few to be selected to try out the new Partagas Valle Verde! The cigar features a wrapper from San Andrés. I have never indulged in this type of cigar but can confirm it’s worth the wait / smoke. I thoroughly enjoyed this cigar and would happily review it again and again. It was more mellow than others I fancy, but the flavor and aroma profiles were on point. It’s slightly peppery on the intake. The retrohale was only slightly “spicy” with a little bit of sting to them. I got notes of leather, pepper, and a palatable sweetness. I would try this again. If you haven’t had the opportunity, do yourself the “flavor” and light this one up and enjoy the smoke.
