Perdomo Rsv. 10th Anniv. Champagne
In a word: Exquisite. Paired with Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 (in a J.D's. glass I've had around 40 years) and a Heineken, and I sipped a shot of Hiram-Walker's Peppermint Schnapps (aka "Snake Bite Medicine") as the Champagne got into its nub stage (as is customary with all my cigars in cold weather months) after the J. D's. had been consumed. It doesn't get much better than this...
