Friday evening on the deck Edited

Finished smoking two 10lb Boston Pork Butts and now have fresh pulled pork. Lots of butts and racks of ribs in the Commissary. The masses don’t know how to cook them, so they are not hoarded.

Now on the deck on an unusually warm evening with a La Aroma de Cuba Mia Amour. Love these sticks. Paired with Dalwinnie 15 Single Malt Scotch.
