Argyle Candela Robusto

Although I wasn't expecting much, I was totally delighted with this 5X50 $2.50 stick! The burn was perfect, as was the draw. It's supposed to be a "mellow" cigar, but I found it to be medium-full in both flavor and strength. Tasting notes included herbal, spicy, sweet, woody, floral, and bitter. I tasted a hint of cinnamon in the last third, too. The bitter & sweet notes on my lips from the beautiful green wrapper took me back 50 years. I'm SO happy I picked up a box of 20 for occasions (watching TV with my wife, for example) when I cannot dedicate my usual undivided attention to savoring a cigar. It's actually made it into the top tier of more expensive smokes in my regular rotation. Thank you, Holt's Cigar Company!
