Cigar Reviewed: Cain by Oliva Habano

Smoked at: Minnesota

A good spicy cigar that remains bold throughout without becoming offensive or rude. Some solid woody notes with a little red pepper, cocoa, and florals. The first handful of puffs suggest a more punchy stick, but the early pepper tones fade quickly to a nice cedary woodsmoke. Strong white ash that hangs on until gravity starts to bend it a solid 1/3 of the way through. A generally clean burn line with no need for touch-ups. A couple small hints of wrapper separation. Fine draw and abundant smoke with a pleasant aftertaste. A nice after-work unwinder.
